An emergency release lock and pull cord for electrically operated single Hormann canopy garage doors fitted with a canopy bow arm..

An essential rather than optional accessory where no other means of entry into the garage is available.

 How does it work?

The lock barrel is installed into the door skin and a cord links the lock barrel to the release mechanism on the Hormann SupraMatic or ProMatic Turbo 75 garage door operator allowing it to be disengaged from outside of the garage using a key in the event of a power failure or mechanical breakdown.

Only suits single skinned (uninsulated) doors and requires a 20/23mm diameter hole to be drilled through the face of the door.
