Description:

Apex Garage Door Cable/Wires

▪These Garage Doors cables are 53(inches long)with a large loop at one end and steel ferrell at the other

▪They can be used to replace the older grey type garage door cones and cables

▪You will need to make a slight cut in the outside edge of exsisting garage door cone,this will allow you to release the exsisting cable.(hacksaw is my preffered tool for this job) then slip ferrell end into cut edge of cone making sure the ferrell end is  securely housed into the hole,wind the excess cable around the garage door cone then slip loop around roller spindles at bottom of vertical track

 ▪Don't forget to check the condition of your garage door spindles when replacing any cables, as this would be an ideal opportunity to do this.
